Future of Cohesion Policy after 2020

ERDF Annual Event on October 18th, 2018

On October 18th, 2018, the ERDF Annual Event 2018 took place in the Steigenwald Stadion in Erfurt with around 200 participants. The event was marked by "Future of the Cohesion Policy after 2020". The event priorities were the interim balance of the OP ERDF 2014-2010, the importance of the cohesion policy for Germany, and the cohesion policy in Europe and Thuringia with an outlook on the new funding period after 2020.

The participants were welcomed by Volker Kurz (Head of the ERDF Administration Authority at the Thuringian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Science and Digital Society - TMWWDG).

This was followed by contributions from Dr Sabine Awe, Head of Department for Economic Promotion at the TMWWDG, and Ms Gisela Hohensee, Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy.
