Company: The Eichsfeldwerke GmbH operate more than 30 regional lines over a length of 1,000 kilometres with around 600 stops as well as city buses. They plan, coordinate, monitor and implement the entire local public transport system in the Eichsfeld district. They guarantee effective and affordable local public transport.

Project: Low-carbon mobility in Thuringia - model project electric bus systems. Investment in the charging infrastructure, conversion of four buses to e-buses and securing maintenance and repair of the electric buses with the aim of reducing traffic-related emissions in Heilbad Heiligenstadt. The project is in the test phase, different bus models are currently being tested.
